Bring out your ghoulish best, be on your A-game, and dazzle the audience with your talents aplenty, as Oblivion hosts a gruesome auction night of torments and dares. Or scares? And oh yes, there will be blood... from your wallet!

Auction Rules
It should go without saying that both parties must be comfortable and consent to the auction. Should this not be the case, then the auction of the auctionee will be cancelled, and/or the bidder must remove their bid on the auctionee.This is an 80/20 split auction. 80% of the Bidder's buyout goes to the Auctionee, and the remaining 20% of the buyout goes to Oblivion.We will be accepting Auctionee sign-ups up until October 30th. We will not be accepting last minute sign-ups!Advertising NSFW services is 18+ only, no under-aged characters or lalafels are allowed to participate.
Auctionees
As an auctionee, you are required to do the following for your bidder.
You are required to complete your objective. Whatever you are offering, you must complete the bid within a reasonable timeframe, unless otherwise negotiated with your bidder. Should you be found owing your bidder, you will be barred from entering any of our future auctions.
If at any point you cannot complete the bid, please communicate this with your bidder and the Auctioner. A refund may be in order if what could not be completed was of significant cost. Cost is to be determined by the Auctioner. If necessary the venue will eat the cost of the auction bid and return gil from venue treasury to the bidder. If this occurs, the Auctionee will be barred from entering any future auctions for failure to fulfill their obligations.
Communication is very important, please always be communicating with your bidder, whether you are just starting the project or you are doing touch ups, little bits of updates goes a long way to keep people informed. You do not need to message the Auctioner regarding project/bid updates.
Bidders
As a bidder, you are required to do the following for your auctionee.
You must provide funds immediately and up-front when purchasing your Auctionee from the auction. Failure to have the gil on-hand will result in the Auctionee being sold to the second highest bidder.
Communicate with your auctionee, but do not rush or pester them. They will get around to fulfilling their obligation when they are able to, based on the timeframe that you have set. Please have patience!
You cannot cancel your auction after you have won your bid. All sales are final and there are no refunds.
